I have been meaning to email you at your facility to tell you what wonderful service we received at a wedding we were at recently there. It was the wedding of Chris and Michelle Wachal. My husband and I brought our baby in a stroller and were immediately greeted at the door and asked if we needed help with anything. I feel bad that I don't remember the lady who helped me the most.....but I had asked her for some hot water to warm my daughter's food and she brought me everything I needed! What wonderful staff you have there. Great place! Would recommend it to anyone!! Thanks again for making it such a pleasure for us that night!

Dear Connie and Jerry

Wow! What can we say.. everything was terrific. Thank you for making our 50th Anniversay so special . When we got home, I crashed in my chair for a couple of hours with our dog , Buster and my cat, Maytag on my lap.

The snapshots that our friends/relatives took turned out very well. We will have many fond memories for a long time . My baby sister, Laura, from Beloit is making a scrapbook for us of people who attended. She is good at doing almost anything.

We received mail and emails from our friends saying what a beautiful hall you have, everything looked "glitzy" , food was delicious, and all went so smoothly. Several including me, couldn't believe how beautiful my 50-year-old wedding dress and veil looked displayed like that. Connie you have such a knack.

The food was hot! Our neighbor always complains that food served buffet-style is never hot. She didn't complain this time. It didn't take long for everyone to be served either, there was plenty of food . The cake was tasty and decorated so beautifully too.

Even though we didn"t want gifts, some people sent somthing anyway. Those that sent money, it will be dispersed to various organizations: Fort Food Pantry, Aprils Wish and Touched-By-A-paw cat shelters, Bethany Lutheran Church and Pine Ridge Campgrounds, the youth campground we worked at when we camped. Every person that attended our party had some infulence on our family during the years we were wed. We have been blessed with relatively good health, steady employment, a loving family, well behaved children/grandchildren and many friends.

You exceeded every expection. As promised, you served over 200 guest in 20 minutes and got rave reviews for Quality and service for the entire event. This is exactly why we choose Jansen's for the second time to plan our daughters weddings. We'll do it again for our # 3 daughter when she gets married.

Dear Jerry & Connie

This letter is long overdue. The purpose of it is simply to thank you for doing such an outstanding job at you facility. I am a member of our local Rotary club, as well as a member of other clubs that have had functions there.Coming to your facility every Monday for our meetings is something that I look forward to, largely in part because I know there will be a wonderful meal and pleasent people waiting for me. Although I have tried to show my appreciation by thanking you,as well as your employees in person, I still felt that I should put something in writing.
